Harmos stands behind every bag of 100% natural BBQ wood pellets we sell.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method according to our Return Policy.

This guarantee covers product quality and your right to return eligible items. It does not add extra credit beyond the amount you paid.

How to start

1. Email harmossmoke@gmail.com with your order number and photos (or a short video) of the product.
2. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and, if a return is needed, send you the return address and instructions. Do not ship anything back until we reply.
3. After we receive and inspect the return, we issue the refund within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take another 5–10 business days to show the credit.

Return shipping

• Quality issues, wrong item, or shipping damage: Harmos covers return shipping.
• Change of mind or other personal reasons: the customer covers return shipping.

Opened bags cannot be returned except for quality issues, wrong items, or shipping damage.
