Shipping Policy

Harmos ships only within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

Where we ship
• Yes: lower 48 U.S. states
• No: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and all destinations outside the United States

We do not ship internationally. No customs duties or cross-border taxes apply.

Enter a complete street address. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Harmos is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.

Processing time
Orders are typically packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not business days.

Transit time
After the order ships, delivery usually takes 2–7 business days. From the order date, most orders arrive in about 3–9 business days. You will receive a tracking email once the order ships.

Failed delivery
If the package is returned because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, you are responsible for the carrier’s return-to-sender cost and any reshipment cost.

Delivery claims
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, email harmossmoke@gmail.com within 10 days of the delivery date.
