These are so much better than we hoped they'd be! We've used the Siam to roast pork for bahn-mi sandwiches, the Peruvian for a whole chicken, and just used the Spanish for a maple glazed duck. All hits! Flavors & aroma are out of this world - highly recommend!

Wow! Packed with flavor! I thought these would be perfect for my ninja smoker grill and boy could I have never been more right?! I wouldn’t let it stop you there. I could see myself blending some of this with my Traeger grill with my usual smoke pellets. That’s the beauty of smoking! Like a spice rack, you can blend pellets to create the best blend that makes your meats stand out!I fired up some chicken wings with the Spanish BBQ pirate (the names are very fun and clever) and opening the bag, I immediately got a nice aromatic scent of garlic and rosemary. It smelled so good I could have passed it for a spice in a blind smell test! I have heard if you add spices to your charcoal grill or smoker it brings out some nice flavors. That’s exactly what this one did. The wings had a nice herb flavor to them and a really delicate smokeyness to them.With the 6 packs at 1lb per bag, you get 6lbs of artisan pellets for a reasonable price. They tell you which spices were added and the foods that pair well with them to help choose the proper meal for the proper smoke. On the back of the package, it tells you the wood blend. I can’t wait to try my next pack of pellets! I’d highly recommend this bundle for a ninja smoker grill. There’s plenty of pellets to last many meals!

All of them serve a purpose for different kinds of smoking.The pellets are all very high quality and smell amazing! These wood pellets are great. I tossed them in the BBQ directly over the fire as well as in a smoker box. The flavor was and smell was great. Really took the kebabs to the next level in flavor. There are six different flavors in total. I used two of them so far, Peruvian Grillmaster and Turkish Traveler.Peruvian Grillmaster adds a hint of cumin and cilantro flavor which worked perfectly with lamb kebabs. One another set of skewers I tried the Turkish Traveler which is very similar but adds red pepper and thyme in addition to the cumin.If you want to elevate your BBQ to the next level try these. There is a lot in each bag and it should last a few years in my case.
